Company Overview
Orthopedic & Spine Therapy is one of the largest independently owned physical therapy providers throughout Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on the highest level of care possible. We are the leader in manual physical therapy and all of our therapists are certified in Dry Needling. Our divisions of care include physical therapy, pelvic therapy (men's and women's health), massage therapy, and our return-to-work program, WorkPlace Solutions.

Purpose: To touch people’s lives in a very positive way through manual physical therapy as well as through other treatment solutions.
The four cornerstones of Orthopedic & Spine Therapy are customer service, integrity, personal accountability, and growth.
Customer Service
-We will see the patient within 24 hours of the referral, or when it is most convenient.
-We will perform one-on-one care with our patients with the same therapist.
-We will communicate with our referral sources in an expedient manner.
-Our attention will be devoted solely to those we are with at the time and moment.
Integrity
-We will act with consistency and predictability that does not waver in the face of insurance billing changes and hospital system takeovers of independent clinics.
-We will do what is right, not merely convenient.

Company History
Steve Barnett, PT, opened the first Orthopedic & Spine Therapy in Green Bay in 1990. He provided specialized physical therapy treatment to patients with spine-related conditions, including backs, necks, TMJ, and headaches.
Back then, he answered his own phone, did all the cleaning, and filed all the insurance claims in addition to treating patients. Since then, we’ve grown by reputation and demand under the name Orthopedic & Spine Therapy. Today, we have 18 clinics in the state of Wisconsin and continue to expand each year.
But we’re more than a physical therapy company that provides quality patient care. Everything we do is based on a value system that is shared and exemplified by each team member. The driving principle behind all our actions is the “Wow Philosophy.”
