Company History
Joseph Companies Group® was incorporated in 2010 and serves as the umbrella company for International Quality Homecare Corporation, International Quality PCA Services, Alpha Services and Omega Home Healthcare.
International Quality Homecare Corporation was incorporated in December 1999 and officially opened its doors in 2000. International Quality Homecare Corporation is Medicare-certified to provide skilled and non-skilled home healthcare services.
International Quality PCA Services is a PCPO (Personal Care Provider Organization) incorporated in September 2005 to provide Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services to our homecare clients.
Alpha Services Company of Rochester, incorporated in December 2000, officially opened for business in 2001 to provide residential services (adult foster care homes) to individuals who are in need of supportive and healthcare services provided in a residential setting.
Omega Home Healthcare was incorporated in September 2019 and is Medicare-certified to provide skilled and non-skilled home healthcare services.
International Quality Homecare Corporation and its affiliates were founded by current CEO and President, Dr. Aderonke O. Mordi and Vice-President, Pastor Michael C. Mordi, with the corporate office in Rochester, MN. The company was started in the trunk of their car and later moved to their basement. As of today, We have local offices in Minnesota and Wisconsin with our corporate office in Rochester, Minnesota.
