Back in Action Rehabilitation, SC is a PT owned private outpatient practice with four locations in Fond du Lac, Mayville, Kewaskum, and New Holstein, Wisconsin. Our business strategy is to embrace and nurture the skills of our therapists and give them the tools and environment to be successful and have fun doing it. We offer competitive compensation and benefits as well as aggressive continuing education benefits. Patient population is diverse in age and diagnosis at all of our locations. Existing staff have certifications in Orthopedics, Dry Needling, Graston, Craniosacral, Hand Therapy, wellness and personal training as well as massage therapy.
